Required Qualifications

•Guide the design of compelling, usable, and desirable user experiences and interfaces for a variety of new mobile apps

• Collaborate with mobile project team in forming a mobile user experience  strategy for the mobile web
• Create documentation outlining recommendations to improve usability  including wireframes and reports to demonstrate intended approach.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations of online content and applications and suggest improvements
• Contribute to online usability standards and guidelines to ensure that our sites offer an efficient, effective and consistent user experience.
• Investigate, evaluate and recommend new and emerging usability techniques, technologies and methodology process improvements.
• Assist the User Experience Director with tasks that support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
• Provide mentoring and guidance for Usability Analysts.
• Present work to the Mobile team, Customer Experience team, and executives for review and feedback

Specifications:

Minimum of two years related experience in an accounting position preferably with AP/AR duties
Ability to utilize Excel, Word and other software; previous Great Plains experience a big plus!

Experience needed: Wire feed welder, normally 45 Gauge Wire Feed, FLUX CORE, and  16th dual shield flux core. Preferred candidated need to know and be familiar with steel, welding symbols, blue print reading and moderate knowledge of the welding process.  Candidates must be able to differentiate in types of steel like channels, I-beams,plates and pipes.
