JOB TITLE: PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
LOCATION: STATES OF GEORGIA
JOB STATUS: FULL-TIME TEMP POSITIONS (LOCUM) – Continuous 13 Week Assignments
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The role of the Physical Therapists is to help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Physical Therapy is important in restoring, maintain and promoting overall fitness and health. These positions are in a Home Healthcare Environment.
PRE-SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
- A complete job application.
- A current CV/Resume with no gaps in employment/work history.
- A complete Annual Skills Check List Form in PTs.
- 2-3 Current Clinical Peer References.
- 2 Pre-Screening Questionnaire Forms (Licensure and Motor Vehicle Record)
How to Apply
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- A current valid “unrestricted” PT state license.
- Graduate from a accredited Physical Therapy education program (MS or PhD)
- Currently Certified and/or Re-certified with the APTA
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Currently up-to-date and maintains CPR/BLS and/or ACLS certifications
BENEFITS PACKAGE OUTLINE:
- Employed Providers may be eligible for Health and Dental Coverage after a 90 Day Probation Period.

HOURLY SALARY RANGE:
Compensation based on experience and education.
