A Fast-paced consulting firm is seeking organized, motivated individual to join their team as a Office Assistant/Secretary. General office support duties include:
answering phones and emails, greeting clients, scheduling appointments
ordering supplies, filing, letters, light billing
scanning, copying, mail-stamps.com, fed ex
Skills Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Ability to multi-task effectively
Prior office experience is a must
